Happy 4th of July! I know a lot of people aren’t huge fans of the mid-week holiday, but personally I love it.
Last night we headed downtown to Civic Center Park. While waiting for the sun to set, we listened to the Colorado Symphony Orchestra play with the Denver City and County building as a backdrop.
There was a light show, followed by fireworks.
Today we relaxed all morning, then went to a bbq at some friends’ house. Here’s to hoping the next two days go by quickly!
